Lower a arm bolt 1800

So, one of the lower a arm bolts seized after a few decades. I was able to find a replacement from the good folks at Swedish treasures. It came in the mail and I cannot find any grade markings on the bolt (like Grade 8).

I am reluctant to use it. Any suggestions?

also, this is in no way meant to defame the Swedish treasure people. I just need reassurance as it is a critical part and I don't want to experience the worst case scenario here.
