Lower a arm bolt 1800

If it's machined as a specific bolt for Volvo suspension I'm sure it's fine. Such bolts may not have a grade rating on them. Certainly there is no need for a grade eight on suspension stuff. Keep in mind too that in using a grade eight bolt the nut, and lock washer must also be of the same grade, and the tightening torque is also substantially higher than that for a grade five for instance.
