I feel like the thread has gotten a bit unwieldy; hard to keep track of everything you've done. Maybe a new post with the complete rundown of everything you have tried and the results?
It still sounds like a fuel shortage to me, but it seems you have replaced/checked nearly everything related to the fuel delivery. It may be time to get scientific. Do you have a volt/ohm meter to check the electrical connections? A fuel pressure gauge would help in finding out what is going on, as you could tell if you actually have fuel available at the proper pressure in the morning.
Does depressing the throttle while you crank first thing in the AM help any?
After long cranking times, you might pull the plugs to see if they are wet with fuel.
Is the ground to the main fuel pump (under the rear carpet, I believe) solid?
How are the distributor cap and rotor?
Have you checked the Idle Air Control valve?
