The 140/160 arm rest up to 1971 was a console tray that fit around the long shifter stalk and has a compartment under the armrest cover.

IIRC the one pictured is for cars that have the center seatbelt and parking brake handle, aka 240 armrest style, and I believe these years 140/160 (74-75) can also use the 240 armrest
