That's your clue.
There's a short in the lock wiring causing a continuous power draw even when the key is out of the ignition. The result is a good but flat battery.
You'll have to pull the driver's door panel and look at the lock wiring. It may even be a lock switch that's defective.
In the meantime, you can disconnect the locking system by unplugging the connector with the red,grn,blk wires up by the driver's left knee.
