Correct. I had just replaced my 2wire horn with a 1wire 2 horn setup. Yes the horn wire(yellow) was constant 12v. First attempt: After bolting the horns, the instant I connected the yellow horns went off because the horns were grounded to the frame. Had to use a relay.
