Bleeding after changing front calipers? What now? 240 1990

Thanks for all your help.
I got it done.
I missed the part about blocking the pedal before removing parts.

I attached the bleeder and began bleeding the whole system.
I felt a sense of doom after completing the first cycle and the pedal went all the way to the floor(hope I didnt ruin the M/S).
On the second go around I got a little brake pressure.
I pumped the pedal hard after that.

On the third go around I hit the mother lode and a ton of air came out of the passenger side caliper. Then the same happened for the drivers side.
Now all is welll. I have good pressure all around. The car is stopping normally.

Thanks

Lawrence
