You said you are pressure bleeding...with a garden sprayer or a motion pro or something...pumping the brake pedal is only necessary to break past blockages or to speed things up.
The process to bleed with a minimum of fuss if well documented her when replacing components:
Block the brake pedal half the way down before removing components
Remove said components and replace
Attached pressure bleeder and pump up to about 12 pesi
Remove the block from the brake pedal
If you are not bleeding all four calipers...start with the lowest (physically) on one caliper and bleed all three bleeder until no bubbles
Make sure you still have fluid in the res if you are not using pressure bleeder that replenishes the res
Do the other wheel the same way
If the pedal is overly soft...rinse and repeat. NEVER allow the brake pedal to travel further than it normal stroke at any time during the process.
