Passenger side mount is significantly larger than drivers side, so... if your new mount look smaller than what's under the oil filter, it's for the drivers side (hopefully it is for sure a 240 mount... never know with CL, unless you know what they should look like)

I'd have no problem re-using the old nuts and washers, but as the other fella said, cheap nuts can cheaply be sourced at any hardware store..

Check that the threads are the same.
