Reusing hardware is like reusing condoms. They are cheap, and you don't want to deal with the consequences if something fails. I've seen what happens when people try to re-use head bolts... not fun. On something as critical as an engine mount, I would pony up the dollar it will cost you to replace the nuts and washers.
