Brake Question, Non-Volvo

Fronts or rears lock up? Disc or Drums in the rear?
any wet spots on the back wall of the tires? As in Brakefluid? Bad caliper or wheel cylinder would cause leaking
Brake fluid on Brake shoes or brake pads make them Very Grabby. Lock up Grabby

Not sure how this leaky Cylinder or Caliper fits into the Pump the brakes scenario but it's worth a look to see if you have brake fluid on the braking surfaces
