Good price for a project 240?

Interesting. The current owner bought it as a mechanics special and never
fixed it, so I should be able to reduce the price quite a bit. Would you
know what manual transmission a 1992 240 would have, and if there are
hydraulic lines connected to it? Also, that tip about the known weak points
is incredibly helpful for me as I'll be doing the work. Is there a good
list of weak points for 240s? This will be my first, but the only other
cars I've ever owned have been a 740 and a 940, so I am most curious about
240 specific issues. Thanks.
