With the cam he is using you will be making 125HP tops. KC needles with stronger springs in HS6 or BBB needles in HIF6. You want to use the B20E curve (fastest) in the 123. IPD header is junk. Use dual downpipe gear with B20E exhaust(2.125") or step it up to what you hope to use in the future.

I don't know why you would want 3.90 diff?
