I did this job recently, and almost everything sealed up very easily on the Nissens radiator. You may lose a little trans fluid, so buy some to top it up. The hardest part for me was getting the electric fan sensor to seal 100% (this switch is on the new rad, but my 240 doesn't have an electric fan). I kept having to tighten it a little more the next day, and started to wish I'd used some plumbers tape on the threads.
