Radiator replacement tips 200 1993

its a straightforward job, I've never had problems with the trans lines. You don't have to be too careful as you're junking the radiator. But as other have said, use the proper flare nut tools, brush the junction with a wire brush, apply some penetrant and you should be fine. just use the appropriate 'back-up' wrench when tightening.

My trans lines come of every two years for a transmission fluid flush so there is never a problem there.
