Oh, I forgot about the history of that car.
Exactly. Even the best of us can wind up pinching wires somewhere on reassembly, that may one day lead to problems. I will have to take nothing for granted here.
I am sure the shift lock is not present, for which I am thankful!
I'll double check my meter. I do like an analog meter as a better visual cue of whats going on (and unlikely to give false readings) but I have put this old Fluke through hell and never had a false reading that wasn't due to user error.
