I've done it twice. Once through the panel in the trunk with the fuel tank on the car. The second time I took the tank off of the car. Neither way is a whole lot of fun, but it was an easier job with the fuel tank off of the car. Art Benstein has a great pictorial at Cleanflametrap.com. I don't think it's exactly the same as the 740, but very close. Fcp is selling the pumps for about $100. Not sure how good they are, but I think they're made in Sweden.
