Drivability issues - lean - O2 sensor or fuel pump? 700 1991

Swapping the Regina fuel pump isn't too bad, follow Art's description; however, before you do that check the fuel pressure. I have rigged a tester to the Schrader valve on the fuel rail. You need 35 psi with pump running (bypass via fuse box) or at idle. Disconnecting FPR vac line, should give you 45 psi. Also, blipping the throttle should increase pressure to above 35 psi from idle. I suspect you will find low fuel pressure. Good luck.
