I can say, however, after damaging a few highly boosted B230's, you don't always hear what will break the engine. It's not always audible like pinging.

Done that with natural B20's. Cover a few miles with new rings & end up with bad blowby, pull head & see the top ring broken on one cylinder. I had to spend money on a dyno run to see that you can;t put good ram tubes on one. (Twin SU's)
