That was the clue I needed! The bottom of the seat back is held taunt by two wires, not hog clips. Hard to explain, but once those wires were pulled, things started to come apart. There is also a wire held in place by clips about half way up the seat back. I am in the process of taking the seat apart to make patterns so we can cut the leather and begin the sewing process. Thank Heaven the foam is still in really great shape!! We will encase that in muslin before we slip the exterior on...
