Driver side dome light switch 200 1984

The drivers side does not work but the the door open reminder does white and black/white wire on switch... Passenger does work but it only has one black wire leading from the switch.... It appears both black wires from dome light head to the passenger side A pillar..... I don't believe I have a delay on the dome light....I love a good Volvo electrical mystery.....
