Car's with Lambda Sond can be accurately set using a DVOM meter w/ duty cycle or with an old dwell meter.

But on cars without Lambda Sond, how does one know when the ideal mixture is reached without a CO meter?

I'm thinking Kris doesn't have an oxygen sensor on the '76.
