B230f,,,Mobil 1 works great,,If you have a few extra bks get amsoil & it can go for 25,000 before you change it,10/30 works fine or you could use 10/40..i hear that another advantage is less blockage in the flametrap,,,.& I will never use dino again,,Mines a 87-740 T & its perfect for the higher temps of the turbo...
