Not much assuming a it is a B230F...I also am going to guess it is an automatic as well. Your best result beyond making sure that it is in good tune and operation correctly would be putting in a lower geared (numerically higher) rear axle. An automatic would have a a 3:73 so a 4:10 would be the ticket.

If you have an M46 there is a LOT more to be gained with a an axle swap as it is likely a 3:31.

There are cams that will trade HP for torque or torque for HP but you have to decide if you want off the line (most folks) pep or high end "surge".

In reality, these are not quick cars, especially with an automatic. Their 0-60 times are slower than modern hybrids and subcompact economy cars.
