IPD swaybar 444-544

Not going to install a sway bar on the rears........too many horror stories. I will however be replacing all the rear bushings a bit later this week.
On another note, I can't be 100% sure if it's my seat springs, rear suspension springs, or shocks or a combo, but it is terribly "bouncy" when driving down the road. Not really expecting the bushing replacement to fix the "bounce" but I certainly won't hurt either! If I do need to replace the springs, then so be it.....does anyone have a full proof method of trouble shooting worn/weak springs? When I push down on all 4 fenders, there is very little rebound......which leads me to think it might be the shocks. Dunno yet....
