Thanks Erik! This information will be added IN INK to my service manual notes.

Agree that at least two of the nuts cannot be accessed with a torque wrench with the carbs and heat shield in place. I will religiously follow the "retightening" regimen suggested and hopefully get more than 27,000 miles out of this one.
