V90 engine into 93 960 S90-V90

The one thing I can think of is my 95 960 has two coolant temperature sensors. One is on the back of the engine and one is under the thermostat. My 97 has only the sensor under the thermostat. They must have different wiring, and the one sensor must be doing double duty.
