The Mobil synthetic 75-90 is fine. Dirt in the rear axle falls to the bottom and is drained when the oil is drained; while there is no need to "flush", you can do it with cheaper dino oil and then refill with synthetic. The synthetic will prolong the life of your pinion seals and limit further wear.
