I think you have checked it thoroughly for vacuum leaks, but I can't remember for sure as there have been just a few posts on your running problem here... :)

Personally, I would double check all possible vacuum leak locations, with a particular emphasis on the intake manifold gasket. Vacuum leaks will cause the ECU to throw rich running OBD codes. Also check the exhaust manifold and its gaskets for s.... and grins. Any exhaust leak could throw off the O2 sensor.

Good luck, I understand your frustration. Old cars can be difficult.
