I forgot to mention that I already cleaned and rebuilt the carbs. I wasn't able to replace the throttle bushings, but I replaced jets, float valves, and gaskets.

I thought there was something to the bad gas idea. So I ran a fuel line from a clean gas can to the fuel pump, and it ran fine. Time to drain the tank!
