I checked all that two years ago. Replaced the seals and the plastic piece. I pulled the dist yesterday and all still looks fine, including the wires. I would like to have a spare anyway, I just don't understand why a replacement or rebuilt is so expensive ? It's such a simple distributor. I have seen Bosch rebuilds for over $400. That seems crazy to me.
