How come no limiting straps? 140-160

either newer shocks don't get damaged by full extension or newer suspension doesn't allow full extension of the shock. FWIW I think the newer design of shocks allow full extension, as many of the cars I work on allow the shock to hold the suspension on when the car is jacked up.
