73 ES rocker switch 1800

Turned out to be a loose connection on the power wire to the switch. The female receptacle was not tight enough on the post of the switch. It heated up, melted the molded plastic connector on the back of the switch as well as some plastic inside the switch. I was able to open the switch clean it up and get it working again. I trashed the molded connector and replace with modified individual spade connectors. Working great!

Now I am a rocker switch tech. To bad I may never need the skill again!
