Based on Art's comment.
1. remove fan
2. loosen & remove AC belt
3. pull water pump pulley & remove belts (I do this all the time)


Based on Dave's comment.
1. cut old alternator belts
2. using a screwdriver, wedge off AC belt
3. using a screwdriver, install water/alternator pump belt & then install AC belt


PS, I was wrong, you don't need to remove the fan.
