Hi All,

I could use a little help here. I want these circular vents to allow air but no water to come into the rocker panels. It's getting very complicated. Is there a simpler vent system that could work? Thank you as always.

I want the exterior cabin air filter unit to be no more than 2 parts. You are looking at bird's eye view.
