Coincidence IF the speedo is perfectly functional.

Normally the little gear goes bad and Dave Barton amongst others sell replacements.

FYI, with 1991 in North america you almost assuredly d not have a tach. If you do not under NO CIRCUSTANCES connect the red/white wire to anything. You will fry the majority of the cluster by doing so.
