I still have the impact screwdriver I found necessary to get anything open on the two CL350's we had in the early 70's. I'll never forget the trouble getting those steel Phillips-head screws out of the aluminum alloy castings. It seems like I keep meeting people resurrecting 70's bikes and resisting the temptation to join in. The class-M driver license just goes unused. Is that a Honda wiring diagram on the left? Cran-raspberry jam?

Yes, the leather belt preceded the use of a used serpentine turned inside-out, if I recall those old struggles. The screwdriver through the filter seems to be the tool of last resort.
