240 no start problem 1989

Sure sounds like you covered all the bases for the type of 'no start' issue you are having. Lastly I would listen for the Main Fuel Pump. If it's the original Pump (under car, below drivers seat) it may have expired. Have your friend slide under the car and listen for the pump to pressurize the system as you turn the key to the #2 position. The pump should run for a long 1 second then stop. Another thing to try: turn the Key so the engine cranks and have you friend knock on the fuel Pump with a hammer handle. Sometimes that will coax the pump into running. You sure Fuse AND fuse holder on Front Fender is good and making good contact? The fuseholders are known for getting hot and not making good contact with the 25 amp fuse. many of us have replaced that fuseholder with something more robust.
Good luck
