Back Window Install 1800 1966

http://volvo1800pictures.com/document/Service_manual_jack/part_8_body/part_8_body.pdf

The procedure starts on page 12.

FYI, I strongly suggest you let a glass shop install the window.

When I do a windshield replacement for a customer, I remove the old glass and remove all of the old sealant and repair any rust.

I then let my glass shop do the rest of the glass installation including and most importantly sealing with Butyl caulk the windshield both between the glass and the seal and between the seal and the body.

I don't have them install the trim as it can be time consuming, so that gets done in house.
