With the engine idling, pull one spark plug wire loose at a time and see if you can find one that doesn't deteriorate the idle further when it's removed. That will help you zero in on the weak cylinder. From there you could try swapping a couple of spark plug leads to see if the problem follows the lead to a different cylinder.
Did you replace the distributor cap when you did the tune up?
