Slight miss, jerky idle 1991

I have this Wednesday off so i will get as many of thoes suggestions done as possible. The previous owner suggested running SeaFoam through all the vacuum lines and dump a can in the gas tank. He said that's what the local Volvo repair shop to him to do to avoid having to pull the Fire Box or something like that??
