Such a mysterious post.
What year is this 122 and what engine has replaced its B16 or B18?
I think B16s had a 5 psi cap, not sure about a B18.

If you're in a pinch, 2,500 miles from home and need to drive the car, why not just bypass the heater core until you have time to construct a new one properly?
