intermittent problem, check engine light 900 1993

The crank sensor never wears out, only that its wiring could be damaged. Just inspect it. Could just be loose connection. Code 221 & 231 could also refer to O2 sensor. At that mileage the sensor should have been replaced. Bosch recommends about every 93k miles or 150k km.
