Tell me about it, Ron! The metal of these screw bolts are quite soft! I had to keep the screwdriver straight into the slot with force before turning or else it slips, wearing out the slot easily. Hex slot instead of philips would have been ideal!

See a couple of pictures of the fun lesson I had with the first screw I tried to extract and ended up needing to use a screw extractor.
