The ipd piece looks the same as what I've used, though I got mine from a different source.

I did replace both, though not for fear of dissimilar braking.

I've used Skandix rotors also and would do so again. They don't include the hubs, so there's a little more work involved, and it's easy to botch pressing studs in and out.

I don't know anything about the rotors shown in the second ebay link.
