940T gas mileage 900

Hi Bill.
I have a UK spec. 1991 945 with a B 200F non turbo and manual 5 speed box. Done circa 300k miles so far, mostly by me (owned since 1995).
I get 30mpg or so generally (British gallons and British miles of course!). On a long gentle run I can get 35+ mpg.
British gallons are 4.54 litres and I suspect British miles are the same as US ones.
We have just introduced E10 fuel for general use, but we also have E5 super grade which is around 98 octane and a good bit more expensive, around £1.66 per litre!!
