Hi Habib,

Does your 240 have an electric fan in front of that crank pulley?
If so, maybe you can take it out and have room to use a gear puller on that pulley. (Harmonic balancer is the official name) If this is the case you should have room, and for good luck protect the radiator with a something so Murphy doesn't decide to punch an unwanted hole in it.
