Abe:

It looks like I DO NOT have EGR (at least I could not see any of the valves or lines you mentioned attached to the inner driver's fender or any tubes going to the exhaust manifold). That means that I'll give the 92 ICU a whirl on the 89 ECU. Right now the original ICU is working fine( no CHECK EnGINE light for now).

By the way, any place where I may send the worn out ICU for a rebuild?

Or just to give it away to reduce wasting of resources. Thanks, Genaro.
