IPD sells a calibrated boost guage with an A-pillar pod. I have this mounted on the A-pillar and it is really easy to see. If you install the G-valve it will be much easier to set the valve. Do this in increments. Start with it loose, ie you can blow through it and begin to tighten it. You don't want to go too high though. The A/F fuel meter from Dawes is good for high boost levels. Make sure the O2 sensor is working properly by measuring the voltage it produces. If it varies between a low voltage and a high voltage, ie .1 - .9, it's ok. If it shows 0 volts or 1 volt, it's bad. This device tells the ECU about the A/F ratio and oxygen content of the exhaust. If you go for high boost, ie over 15 psi, you need to add extra fuel. You might also want to get the trans fluid changed through the flush method rather than the drain method.
