Transmission will not shift 700 1985

I have a 740 GLE with an automatic trans. I am having trouble with the trans not shifting when cold. Once it warms up it shifts through all gears and likes to stay in higher gear. Eventually it shifts normally but it has to be at a normal operating temperature. I can hear a vaccum leak but can not find it. Are there any vaccum controlled valves on the transmission which could be at fault?
